BBFC Ratings info: There is brief sexualised breast nudity. There are several prolonged sequences of threat featuring woman in danger in real world settings. In one scene a terrified woman offers to sleep with her kidnapper on the promise he will not hurt her. There are multiple scenes of bloody violence with an emphasis on knives, as well as a scene of asphyxiation and shoot outs. There is clear sight of bloody stabbing and frequent sight of blood in the aftermath of violence including a severed head, deep flesh wounds, and slashed throats. There are verbal references to sex including incest however there is no detail. There are multiple references to mental health including suicide, and the killer is presented as a person with psychological issues. There is infrequent strong language ('f**k') as well as a middle finger gesture, a V sign, and other terms including ‘bitch’, ‘bastard’, ‘shit’, ‘son of a bitch’, ‘Christ’, ‘God’, ‘damn’, and ‘hell’. In one scene a person smokes what appears to be cannabis, in another scene a man offers a woman marijuana and there are other verbal references to drugs. One sequence includes horror movie clips projected on a big screen.

At the very beginning of the movie, a woman in a van flashes her breasts at a car in the next lane. A couple (Teenage Girl, Teenage Boy) makes out in a car at the drive-in; her breasts are seen. The killer is seen shirtless a couple times. There are shirtless men dancing at the New Year's Eve party, and there is a shirtless man in an elevator late in the film.

A woman is grabbed with a knife to her neck; you don't see her killed, but her decapitated head is found in a elevator shaft. A man takes a nurse to a private room and stabs her after a while; blood can be seen on the hand and knife. Her body is later discovered in a closet; graphic lacerations around the neck. A playback of the murder is heard, after it happens due to a recording of it. A man chokes a woman with a marijuana filled bag, then is dragged into a dumpster with her friend. She discovers the shoes laid out on the ground and locates her dress; their bodies aren't shown until they're found at a playground. Mild blood. A man stabs a motorist at the drive-in; the vague wound is visible in the dark. He still a teenager's car and drives away with it, wiping off the blood off his switchblade on the seat. He eventually stops the car and chases the girl off into the woods, but never kills her. Tense sequence. A cop gets shot A woman is dangled from an elevator shaft, screaming. Nothing graphic, but she survives. a man jumps off a building
