There is talk of singers making love before going on stage to perform in order to be more relaxed. The director mentions how he jerks off before directing a scene. A woman hits a raven with an object. She then later gets hit by a car. A man is shoved onto a peg on a wall, it impales the back of his head. The killer then proceeds to repeatedly puncture the mans head on the peg. Very violent. A man is stabbed with a knife through under his chin (we see the tip of the blade poking up inside his mouth) and then the rest of his body several times with lots of blood splattering. The killer is seen killing innocent ravens with a knife. He also breaks a couple of their necks. A woman is shot through the eye in slow motion. Graphic. The killer throws an iron at a woman. The woman then later hits the killer with the iron, but fails to kill him. The killer then proceeds to choke her and stab her with scissors. It is also implied that the killer cuts open the woman's throat to retrieve something she swallowed. A man has his eye gouged out by ravens. A man is stabbed in the stomach with a knife repeatedly. Very bloody. A woman is seen lying on the floor in a pool of blood with a sharp glass like object next to her. The killer presumably killed her with it. A man ties a woman to a pillar and then later into a glass cage. He gags her with duct tape, and tapes sharp needles just under her eyes, so that if she closes her eyes, the needles would puncture her eyes, forcing her to watch the violent murders of her friends and colleagues. The main character repeatedly hits the killer with a stone. A group of men arrive at the scene and attack him. The killer gets beat up and he finally gets caught.

Opera is a very intense movie. The main character is tied up with needles taped under her eyes to make her watch the victims being killed. There is also a scene where she is alone in an apartment with the killer that is very intense. The film includes a scene where the female protagonist and a young girl are pursued by a killer through air ducts. At the very end we find out that the killer isn't yet dead. He starts to chase the main character.
