RAISING CAIN is a US thriller, from 1992, in which a psychiatrist's complicated past returns to haunt his family. Language: There is occasional strong language ('f**k'). Other bad language includes 'bitch' and 'bastard'. Violence: Bloody images include a cut to a man's wrist, which spurts blood as it is inflicted and is later seen leaking blood as he lies on the floor. Some bodies are also seen with blood on their clothes after they have been killed elsewhere. Other issues include some moderate violence and threat as some victims are suffocated or stabbed, without any strong detail. A woman is knocked out with chloroform and put into a car which is pushed into a lake; she wakes and bangs on the windows until the car sinks beneath the water. There is a moderate sex scene in which a couple kiss and embrace in a wood; the man slips his hand under the woman's shirt and gropes her concealed breast as she moans.
