BBFC Ratings info: When Kimberly has a violent premonition of a highway pileup she blocks the freeway, keeping a few others meant to die, safe. Or are they? The survivors mysteriously start dying and it's up to Kimberly to stop it before she's next. Several scenes of horror include electrocution, decapitation, sight of a man with his eyes gouged out, and a scene in which a man is impaled. Many of these scenes include bloody injury detail.

A woman opens a door, causing an oxygen tank to explode. This kills both her and a man that is in the room. A woman drives an ambulance into a lake in order to drown herself. A man tries to rescue her by breaking the windshield with his gun. Logs fall from a moving truck and one crashes through the windshield of a car, killing the male driver (the man's upper half disappears and blood sprays). A motorcycle wipes out and its male driver slides into a log; he is killed when his motorcycle slams into him. Many cars crash, flip, or explode. A woman and her friends are shown wounded in an SUV; her neck is cut from some glass shards. She looks helpless as she sees a man stuck in his burning car. He is surrounded and then engulfed by flames; a truck then barrels through the car and towards the SUV, causing the woman to scream. A woman is decapitated when her head is stuck in an elevator door and the elevator goes up. The woman spits up blood; two men scream in terror, and the headless body falls on top of two women outside the elevator. A man gets his hand caught in the kitchen sink drain while his apartment catches fire. He escapes through a fire escape, but falls backwards on some broken glass. As he lies on the glass, he is impaled through an eye by the leg of the fire escape ladder (blood spurts from the wound). A teen boy is crushed under a large glass pane. A barbeque explodes, killing a teen boy next to it. His charred arm flies through the air and lands on a picnic table in front of his mother. A man is sliced into three pieces by barbed wire (blood drips from his mouth and his intestines are exposed). A firefighter accidentally activates an airbag; the airbag hits a woman's head and, after it deflates, a piece of pipe is shown protruding through her forehead (blood is shown). A plastic fish falls from a ceiling and lands in a teen boy's mouth. A woman takes the fish out before he chokes to death. A man pushes a cart with a dead body on it; he uses pliers to rip a nipple ring off and then shoves the body into a fire as the dead body is being cremated. A baby is born (the infant is covered with body fluid). People recount incidents of other people dying tragically: a teacher was stabbed by a student, people in a bed and breakfast suffocate to death, a theater collapsed killing everyone inside, and a woman was shot in a carjacking.
