In the beginning of the movie Johnny (Keanu Reeves) is lying in bed in boxer briefs and a woman is scantily dressed. She puts on her nylons and leaves the room. In a bar scene men and some women are shown in what appears to be S&M apparel. A man implies that a woman could work as a prostitute for him. Another woman makes tongue gestures to her and then licks the man's tongue with hers.

There are various scenes of shooting and violence. One scene a man gets his fingers cut off and it is very visible and graphic. A man is burned alive and his charred remains are shown. A woman is shot with a crossbow bolt in the mouth. A man impales other's hands with sharp spikes. A man is decapitated with a glowing hot wire device. People are stabbed. A man is shot in the back with multiple bullets. Minor blood spray. A man walks in a room and several men raise their guns at him. He makes a joke and they lower their weapons. After a stressful event, a man bleeds from his nose slightly. Several men ambush another group and several people are killed in a firefight. A few people fight hand to hand. Minor blood. One man rushes another and hold him against the wall forcefully, but he is then knocked unconscious when another person knocks him against a wall. The man wakes up strapped to a table and is told they plan to cut off his head. However a woman drops down from the ceiling knocks out one man and fight several others. The man tied to the table gets loose and takes the gun, while the woman beats up another woman briefly. While holding the others at gunpoint, the two run away. No gore or blood. A man's hand is cut off, but there is minimal gore. A man is cut across his abdomen and some of his insides are shown. Very brief. A very violent climax as multiple people fight and shoot at each other. A younger man is shot in the head and falls from a building.

The religious imagery used my one character may be intense for some viewers. A some of the more Gordy scenes can be disturbing to some viewers. Some scenes are disturbing.
