DeGuerin shoots a witness and it looks like he's resuscitating her as she slowly dies. Nothing sexual implied. Eraser/John walks into a gay bar. A gay man, looking at Eraser and the bartender, says to the bartender, "He looks rough," implying that Eraser and the bartender are a couple.

John Kruger kills several bad guys in a house in the beginning. Kruger kills several bad guys on a plane and jumps out with a parachute, and the plane explodes. Lee Cullen smashes a coffee pot over Sergei's head and then kicks him. DeGuerin is stabbed in the arm. We see a gory closeup of him pulling the weapon out of his arm. There's a massive final shootout on docks in which many bad guys are shot and killed and several explosions occur. A bad guy is shot in the eye through a sniper rifle scope, and others are shot with rail guns. A group of men enter a house and kill several attackers inside. There's a shootout in a zoo, and a tank full of crocodiles is shot and breaks open. The crocodiles kill several bad guys, and one graphically bites off an bad guy's arm. Kruger shoots one of the crocodiles in the head (blood spurts). Kruger and DeGuerin fight on a large metal crate suspended in the air by a chain. There's a shootout between several men in a building, and some men are shot and killed. Johnny is subject to electroshock therapy in order to restimulate his heart while conscious due to removing a heart monitoring device connecting him to a heart monitor. William Donohue shoots himself; some blood drips from his mouth. DeGuerin, Harper and his men in a car are hit by a train. The car explodes, but no corpses or blood can be seen.
