Mild bad language includes 'bastard' and 'son of a bitch'.

A man goes around with a gun, shooting and killing pet dogs in order to end the problem of the dog killing spree. The opening title features the word 'Dogs' in bold white lettering. The white quickly fills up with red and the red drips downward to resemble blood. People argue and fight throughout the film.
