A couple make out and grope each other at a party. A man sits up in bed with 2 naked women. It is implied they had a threesome. Breasts of one woman are very visible in the scene.

Early in the movie Michael is threatened in a bar. Alex breaks a bottle and defends Michael. Intensity increases at the end of the film as Michael and Alex square off to try and kill each other.
