Sex & Nudity

mild

A reference to "humping". Near the start of the movie Tom Hank's (police) partner asks him about getting laid. Tom Hanks and his Girlfriend kiss Tom Hanks is seen wearing a pair of black bikini briefs in a few scenes. They hug his crotch and booty tightly, and his bulge is very visible. Conversation between Turner & girlfriend about "how far they would go" with each other, you see Tom Hanks opening the fridge in his boxers and his girlfriend walks up behind, implication is they had sex, and they have a short conversation about how his back was more elastic and how she wore him out. While making breakfast they start to kiss passionately, and it seems it's going to show a sex scene when it suddenly stops. A scene where it is implied that Turner's girlfriend is groping him.

Violence & Gore

moderate

A man's throat is cut offscreen (we see a villain put the knife to his throat, we cut away, and when we come back the villain is holding a knife with a little blood on it). An Old man is killed. He's stabbed with a knife. There's a lot of shooting, people get shot and killed towards the ending of the movie. Lots of slapstick. Hooch - the dog - is shot & dies

Profanity

mild

Also, utteramce of "God" in a blasphemous sense. Singular use of bastard, crap and profane use of Christ Shit used once during a stakeout.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

mild

A dog drinks beer on a few occasions.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

moderate

Hooch the dog is shot & dies
