In the same scene, you see other men in the bedroom. It is implied that his wife cheated on him with a number of other men in the room. Dennis Quad has his shirt off in a number of scenes. In one scene, he is in a shower with only torso seen, when he steps out he has a towel on. Non-consensual sex occurs in dream (woman did not realize that sex was actually initiated by man).

mild

a number of bar scenes with alcohol being consumed, one character chain smokes

Frightening & Intense Scenes

Rated PG-13 for violence/terror, language and a scene of sexuality. Monsters, vicious dogs, people injured by bombing in dream sequences. Most of the special/visual effects are drab, unrealistic and rudimentary for today's standards.
